Spotting Fake News: ALL CAPS

How can you spot fake news? One of the big red flags is if the story contains ALL CAPS. Check out this example of a fake news story about requiring students to learn arabic numerals.
Another red flag: photos that look photoshopped—like this one that was shared on Facebook 11,000 times after the news story was released
